He was honored with the Emerald Award for Maintenance Supervisor of the Year in 2019 for managing 151-300 units and was a 2024 nominee for the same title in the 1-150 units category. Known for his prompt service and personable approach, Johnny has become a trusted resource in his field. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar with his son and is a passionate fan of rock concerts and sporting events, proudly supporting the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners. I have nearly five years of experience in property management and hold a Real Estate License, which has equipped me with valuable industry skills. Before this, I spent four years as a Dental Assistant after earning my Associates Degree in Dental Assisting Technology and Applied Science from SPSCC. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband. We enjoy adventuring, traveling, and attending car shows and motorsport events. Our lives are also enriched by our spoiled black lab, Jet, whose playful energy brings us endless joy.
